Simple multi-player game, basically each player is assigned a target (or contract) that they have to kill. This target would be another player or maybe NPC. The object of the game is to seek out your target and kill them, killing another person would incur some kind of penalty, killing your target would result in a reward.
As a Contract Killer yourself, there would be a contract out on your head also. So if you were able to kill the contractor that is out to get you, it would result in a bonus reward and not a penalty (self-preservation).
To make for more interesting game play, NPCs could be included that are not contractors, so this could make finding a target more difficult, i.e. pick out your target in the crowd.
Kill cameras could be used to show a player how they were killed, even bullet cams for head shots.
